We will be celebrating Chef Kevin LaCivita’s time at Red Salt and the grand opening of Civita Italia! Chef LaCivita will be preparing a 4-course dinner featuring savory Italian cuisine paired with Chef’s wine selections from the notable Casanova di Neri portfolio. We’re elated to announce the evening will be hosted by Gianlorenzo Neri of Casanova di Neri. He represents the third generation of his Family’s Winery and Estate, located in Montalcino. Dinner will be held on Tuesday, May 12th, with doors opening at 6:45 pm and dinner commencing at 7:00 pm. Join us for this jubilant occasion!
